Bought light kit for Harley Davidson with mounting kit, there was a little with the surface treatment on a mounting ring, got exchanged for a new one quickly. Will deal with them again 100%

I ordered a sp connect cover for my phone and had not realized that I had ordered it for collection. Fullblast called me the same day as they thought it looked wrong as I live at the other end of the country. They rushed to change it to postal delivery and sent it the next day at their expense despite the error being mine. At the same time they found some options and sent me an email with seats for my bike. The item has been received and everything is absolutely perfect. Will definitely shop here again super super service out of the ordinary

Needed guidance for SP connect, called Fullblast and got William on the phone, who quickly guided me to the right solution.

I have never experienced such great service as at Fullblast. You can tell that they really go out of their way to help you, and that goes for the whole team. One incident in particular stands out for me - I was standing outside the store by my car when William, one of the employees, comes out of the store and offers to help me carry something. Although I declined, he then walked over to my wife and asked if she needed anything to drink! It was so genuinely sweet and thoughtful that it really made an impression. This kind of customer service gives me hope - they really go the extra mile for their customers. Super friendly and accommodating! I would recommend Fullblast to anyone at any time - they really do provide a service that is in a class of its own.

Was at fullblast with my club buddy and his streetglide to troubleshoot the radio that could not get a signal. Allan quickly realized that the system was outdated and started by changing the antenna so the radio worked. He then offered to replace the entire system and could do it while we waited - which my buddy accepted. This gave us the opportunity to follow Allan and his work. It was well covered, he knew where all the screws were and how everything should be done. I work in a similar industry myself and could clearly see the craftsmanship well done. No cut wires, but adapter plugs, thoroughness and pride in his work was evident - all while sharing his vast knowledge. Deeply impressed with Fullblast, the openness and hospitality - also from the woman who received us. Here I come again - well done!

Again a super job from Allan and Co. Today I had to mount a heated handle on my Harley. Everything is done professionally and super efficiently. Klaus removes the old ones, installs the new ones, pulls wires through the handlebars and risers. Allan comes and solders and finishes the last part. One two three and out of the shift again. I ordered a new exhaust for the Harley, got really good guidance what will play on my model. 5 days later Allan called that it had come home so we agreed on a day when I should deliver the bike, 4 days later and wupti then the bike was ready.
