I have never experienced such great service as at Fullblast. You can tell that they really go out of their way to help you, and that goes for the whole team. One incident in particular stands out for me - I was standing outside the store by my car when William, one of the employees, comes out of the store and offers to help me carry something. Although I declined, he then walked over to my wife and asked if she needed anything to drink! It was so genuinely sweet and thoughtful that it really made an impression. This kind of customer service gives me hope - they really go the extra mile for their customers. Super friendly and accommodating! Again a super job from Allan and Co. Today I had to mount a heated handle on my Harley. Everything is done professionally and super efficiently. Klaus removes the old ones, installs the new ones, pulls wires through the handlebars and risers. Allan comes and solders and finishes the last part. One two three and out of the shift again.
