Ordering

You can only place orders for goods via fullblast.dk and by selecting the product(s) you wish to purchase and then going to the payment module to settle. All prices listed are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT.

When you place an order, you offer to purchase the selected products according to these terms.

When FULL BLAST INC ApS accepts your order, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the e-mail address you provided on the order form. If there are any problems with the order, FULL BLAST INC ApS will try to contact you by phone or e-mail. 

Although FULL BLAST INC aps endeavors to deliver all products specified in the order confirmation, situations may arise where FULL BLAST INC aps cannot deliver the products, for example (i) because the products are no longer in production or (ii) because there have been errors in the pricing on the Website. In such cases, FULL BLAST INC aps will contact you and may propose to supply another product. If you are not interested, FULL BLAST INC aps will cancel the order for the product(s) that cannot be delivered and will not charge the purchase price for these products.

Pricing

The prices of the products are stated on the website next to each product, as well as on the order confirmation and the invoice subsequently sent. All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK), including VAT and other taxes.

Payment options

FULL BLAST INC aps accepts the following Danish and foreign payment cards: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard and VISA Electron.

When you place your order you will need to provide credit card details. The amount will only be charged to your card when the products are shipped. You can never be charged more than the amount you authorized at the time of purchase. The products will not be shipped until the card issuer has approved the payment. Delivery address and payment card must be Danish.

The payment solution used is PayPal, which is encrypted.

Delivery

Deliveries are made to addresses in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Germany, as well as the rest of Europe and the USA. 

According to the terms in the section Prices, FULL BLAST INC aps will deliver the products ordered and stated on the order confirmation.

The normal delivery time is calculated to 3-5 business days from when you receive the order confirmation. If the products are delayed or backordered, you will be notified of expected delivery via email. Delivery only takes place on weekdays between 8:00 and 16:00. If no one is at the address when the shipment is delivered, the shipment will be picked up again and a notification from the carrier will be placed in the mailbox. Please contact the carrier yourself to arrange a new delivery time.
If the shipment is delivered to a parcel shop, you will be notified, either by email or by text message to the phone number provided, that the package is ready for pickup and at what address and time it can be picked up.

Delivery is by freight carrier.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal/return from the day the product is delivered to you. If you want to exercise the right to return a product, you must contact fullblast.dk v/FULL BLAST INC aps by phone +45 / 31 49 00 66 between 08:30 and 16:00 from Monday to Thursday, Friday until 15:30 and will be given an RMA return number. You can also choose to use our standard return form and send it back to us. It can be found here.

You must then return the product at your own expense.

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to accept the shipment without giving us clear notice of this.

Returns

You must return the ordered product(s) to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return of the product. When returning the product, you are responsible for ensuring that the product is packed securely. You bear the risk for the product from the time of delivery of the shipment to you.

The condition of the item when you return it

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. In other words, you can inspect the product in the same way as if you saw it in a physical store.

If the product has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the product.

To receive a full refund, you can only do what you can do in a physical store: you can inspect the product, but not actually use it.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you cancel your purchase, you will of course be refunded the amount you have paid to us, including any delivery costs of DKK 79,- (excluding additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to cancel this agreement. In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

Return shipping costs resulting from your own choice to return the product will not be credited.

We will not transfer the refund until we have received the product back and verified that it is in order. Refunds are made to the same payment method/card that you used for the original transaction.

You can also cancel the purchase by giving clear notice and handing in the product in person at the above address between Mon-Thurs 08:30-15:00 and Fri 08:30-14:00. Remember that you must contact us for an RMA return number before the return can be completed.

What should I send back with me?

Please make sure the product is in its original packaging and include a copy of the order confirmation or your invoice. The expedition will go faster if you also fill out our standard withdrawal form which you can download here.

Please note! We do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

Faulty delivery and defective goods - complaints

The Danish Sale of Goods Act's defect rules may apply to the purchase of goods.

When you shop at fullblast.dk you have a 24-month warranty. This means that you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, get a refund or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behavior. General wear and tear is not considered to be grounds for complaint.

How soon should I advertise?

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely. We encourage you to inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt.

Return freight

You must contact us and agree whether the product must be returned or can simply be disposed of. If the product is to be returned to us, we will arrange collection of the shipment at your address. If the complaint is justified and it is agreed that you are responsible for the freight back to our address, we will of course refund your reasonable freight costs.

We need the following information when you return the product to us
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please inform us as soon as possible by e-mail customerservice@buyaport.com or by phone +45 / 31 49 00 66 about the nature of the error or defect. Please note that your order number must be clearly stated. When returning the product, please state the nature of the problem in as much detail as possible.

Please note! We do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

Remember to send the product back in proper packaging and get a receipt of shipment so we can refund your reasonable shipping costs.

Telephone support

No additional costs are charged for telephone support for the products. The telephone support only includes telephone advice and guidance in relation to the use of the products, setting, installation and the like. 

Telephone support is available on +45 / 31 49 00 66 between 09:00 and 17:00 Monday, Tuesday and until 19:00 on Wednesdays, 15:00 on Thursdays and until 16:00 on Fridays. 

For telephone support, we try to answer your questions when you call us. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to answer your questions completely. In some cases, it may be necessary for us to call you back later.

Consumer safety

If you have a complaint about your purchase, you can contact us by phone +45 / 31 49 00 66 between 09:00 and 16:00 Monday & Tuesday, 09:00-19:00 Wednesday, 09:00-15:00 Thursday and Friday until 16:00. Please ask for our complaints department. You can also write to them directly at cph@fullblast.dk

In the unlikely event that we cannot agree on a solution together, you have the option to complain to the Consumer Complaints Board for purchases over DKK 800. You can see more at www.forbrug.dk.

What we do with your personal information (privacy policy)
In order for you to shop at fullblast.dk we need the following information:

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the ordered product(s) to you. The personal data is registered with FULL BLAST INC aps and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.

When personal data is collected via fullblast.dk, we ensure that it is always done by giving your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

The director and customer service representatives of FULL BLAST INC aps have access to the information recorded about you. We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted. 

Information submitted to fullblast.dk is in no way disclosed or sold to third parties, and we do not register any sensitive personal information.

When you sign up for the newsletter, we only register your e-mail address. The e-mail address will not be passed on to others.

As a registered customer of fullblast.dk v/FULL BLAST INC aps, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act.
